Carrie Dale is a certified personal trainer, certified Russian kettlebell trainer (RKC), and certified yoga and group fitness instructor. She has five years of experience as an instructor and trainer, helping women and men of all ages, sizes, and ability levels lose weight and gain great health. She specializes in making the most effective training methods, including kettlebells, accessible and fun for everyone. All training programs are customized for the individual client and include nutritional guidance and motivation to help you reach your goals. Old School Fitness has something for everyone, and Carrie can help you find your perfect formula for success.
David Fioravanti has been in the fitness industry for about 10 years. He has a bachelor’s in kinesiology/exercise science from West Chester University. He is also certified by the NSCA and has been a personal trainer for the past 10 years. David has a background working with everything from athletes to physical therapy and special populations to general fitness. Dave has experience in the water and is a certified boxing instructor.
Dave is a diversified trainer who likes to keep his clients motivated with creativity and discipline.
Jackie is a personal trainer and speed and strength coach at Old School Fitness. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. While attending UMass she was a Division 1 softball player, and received the "2007 UMass Inspirational Female Athlete of the Year" award.
Her experience as a trainer ranges from high school athletes, to overall health maintenance and improvement. She also has a background working in a fitness boot camp setting where her clients were put through challenging workouts and great results were achieved, both physically and emotionally. Realizing that every client coming in is different, she uses different methods to motive and push clients to their personal goals.

Married with one child from Christiana, Pa
Education- Hold AAFA, AFPA, and AAAI/ISMA certifications in Fitness Instruction, including Step, Kickboxing, Pilates, Body Bar and Stability Ball. Have been teaching for over 10 years at different area fitness centers before coming to Old School.
Why I train- I got into fitness as a result of both my father and aunt dying at very young ages of diabetes, after having lost both legs to the disease, it keeps me healthy and lets me help others stay healthy also. It is not a hobby it is a way of life.
Hobbies- Working outside at yardwork, anything that requires me to break a sweat.
Profession- Daytime mail carrier and night time fitness instructor, the first being the job I need the second the job I love. It keeps my creative juices flowing and always on my toes!
What type of clients I like: I love the client that comes to class and gives it her all with a goal in mind and helping her to achieve those goals, that is when I know I have done my job, one that is not afraid of a challenge.
Darren Wasser, Old School Fitness VP of Strength and Team Training.
Darren is a teacher at Downingtown West High School. He has a Master's degree in education. Darren was an accomplished high school football and baseball player, and played four years of college football at Millersville University. He was also an an assistant strength coach and assistant football coach at Downingtown.
